• Facebook Login data: your name, profile picture, and email address as provided by Meta (scopes: public_profile, email).
• Basic app analytics: device type, app version, and crash logs (non-personal, aggregated).
• Audio rooms usage: room join/leave timestamps and basic moderation metadata. We do not store your live audio content.

How we use your information

• Authenticate you and create/manage your BG Chat account.
• Run core features (join rooms, follow speakers, basic moderation).
• Improve performance, safety, and support.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under strict contracts. We comply with lawful requests.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Minimal logs (e.g., room events) may be retained for security and fraud prevention up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by law.

We may use cookies on the website and SDKs in the app to enable login and analytics.

Children

BG Chat is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
