Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your BG Chat account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using any one of the methods below:

1. Email: Send an email to bgchat36@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject “Delete my BG Chat account”. Include your Facebook ID or the email linked to Facebook Login.
2. In-App (if available): Open BG Chat → Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Once we receive a valid request, we will delete your account and personal data within 7 days, except data we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

What gets deleted

• Profile data (name, email, profile photo fetched via Facebook Login)
• Account identifiers and preferences
• Room participation metadata linked to your account

System/backups may retain data up to 30 days before being purged.
